I trained and practised for many years at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (TCCR), now called Tavistock Relationships, an internationally renowned centre for accredited training excellence and research in counselling and psychotherapy with couples.

I have experience providing talking therapy within a sexual problems service in the NHS and also have experience as a psychosexual and relationship counsellor at a centre for people affected by cancer.

I work with adult couples and individuals with sexual problems and/or relationship difficulties offering long-term, open ended as well as short-term counselling from my practice in North West London.
Sessions are for 50 minutes, once a week.
If necessary, sessions can also take place online via Zoom.

My approach is integrative, largely using psychodynamic and behavioural interventions.
