About Me
I trained and practised for many years at the Tavistock Centre for Couple
Relationships (TCCR), now called Tavistock Relationships, an internationally
renowned centre for accredited training excellence and research in
counselling and psychotherapy with couples.
I work with adult couples and individuals with sexual problems and/or relationship difficulties offering long-term, open ended as well as short-term counselling from my practice in North West London.
Sessions are for 50 minutes, once a week.
In exceptional circumstances, sessions may also take place online via Zoom.
My approach is integrative, largely using psychodynamic and behavioural interventions.
Professional Qualifications:
MSc in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (Tavistock Relationships), validated by UEL and accredited by COSRT.
Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Couple and Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy (Tavistock Relationships), validated by UEL and accredited by BACP.
Professional Memberships:
I am an accredited registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and an accredited member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists). I work within a strict professional code of ethical standards as set out by BACP and COSRT, which includes the principle of confidentiality.
